Refund Policy
At Mac Solutions Hub, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services and ensure client satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project delivery or payment.
- Refunds are only considered for projects not yet started or in early development stages.
- No refunds will be issued once the project has been partially or fully completed, or once final files/code have been delivered.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Payments for consultation, planning, or discovery sessions are non-refundable.
- Custom design, development work, or third-party licenses purchased on your behalf are also non-refundable.
3. Change of Mind
- If a refund is requested due to a change of mind, and work has not begun, we may approve a partial refund, deducting admin or transaction fees.
4. Project Delays
- Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, incomplete information, or missed deadlines).
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email us at support@macsolutionshub.com with your order ID and reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
